On December 8, 400 seats at the Jockey Club de São Paulo for the business dinner that opens the PaytechLatam 2027 season: the people building payments, open finance and fintechs across Latin America.
Before the stage, the dining room. On December 8, the PaytechLatam Executive Dinner (called the PaytechLatam Warm-up on the official site) opens the PaytechLatam 2027 season, which takes place on March 20, 2027, at the same Jockey Club de São Paulo.
There are 400 seats for founders and executives from payment providers, digital wallets, banks, open finance and fintechs, alongside investors, regulators and people just arriving in the ecosystem. No slides, no pitch and no audience: the idea is networking at the table, not on a name badge.
How the night unfolds
Arrival starts at 7:30 PM through Gate 1 of the Jockey, with a welcome drink and a view of the track and the São Paulo skyline. The first hour is for mingling.
At 8:30 PM dinner is served: a buffet by Iúlia, the Jockey's restaurant, with a curated cellar and open bar. A short toast opens the night and, from there, the table belongs to whoever is sitting at it.
At 10 PM, coffee and digestifs on the terrace. This is when the conversation becomes a scheduled follow-up and a partnership on paper.
